We are a seasonal consignment sale where consignors tag their gently used children's & maternity items to sell. We hold our sales about 3-4 times a year at The Ranch in Loveland, next to the Budweiser Events Center!
Your group can register together with as many consignors as you like and you can set the percentages that you would like paid directly to the consignors and the amount to go to the organization or group raising the funds!
Generally we keep 30% of the sales to cover advertising, labor, facility rental, & incidentals. For FUNDRAISING groups, we only keep 25% of the sales. You can determine whether the members of your group will keep a portion of their own sales or not.
For example, you may have a mom's club that needs to raise money for a summer picnic. If there are at least 10 mom's in the group who have items to sell, they will tag their items using the consignor numbers we assign to them. They will drop them off for our sale on July 12th. Then after the sale, unsold items can be picked up. From the items that sell, Serendipity keeps 25% (instead of our normal 30%). The organization could get 25% as well and each individual mom could get 50%.
Some organizations will decide that they want the organization to keep 50% and the members to each get 25% on what they sold. Even others have very generous so they will decide as a group that the entire 75% of sales will go to the organization!!
As a group, your organization can decide what the percentage breakdown will be and we'll do the rest!!
